Salary Range: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000

Working Days/Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: Half-day / Alternate Saturdays

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a main contractor dealing directly with subcontractors
2. Minimum qualification: Diploma in Quantity Surveying
3. Willing to travel to project sites when required
4. Must possess own transport
5. Able to arrange own accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and complete tender documents
2. Review and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BQ) for accuracy and reasonableness
3. Be well-versed in contractual matters across various scopes of work
4. Lead and manage the full tendering process
5. Liaise and coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
6. Respond promptly to design changes and related cost implications
7. Prepare interim claims and conduct site valuations
8. Source and evaluate material/product quotations, and prepare cost comparisons
