We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This role provides hands-on experience in office management, procurement, and coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their professional skills in a corporate environment.

- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the team in handling emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with procurement for the operations team, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and managing purchase orders.
- Help manage office and operational supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in basic HR and administrative tasks, such as updating employee records and assisting with onboarding.
- Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support where needed.

Requirements- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Procurement, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
- Presentable, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with procurement, supplier coordination, or office administration.
- Familiarity with HR or accounting software.
