Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Aspial, you'll lead and inspire our sales consultants to deliver outstanding results while driving business growth. Your role is pivotal in shaping our sales strategies, developing talents, and ensuring every client interaction aligns with our brand’s commitment to excellence.

You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of Malaysian SMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Provide regular performance feedback and foster a results-driven, supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust approaches as needed to maximize outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth
Set realistic yet ambitious targets and oversee their achievement. Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
Participate in hiring processes, ensuring new hires are aligned with our culture and brand. Lead onboarding and continuous training initiatives to ensure fast ramp-up and long-term success.
  • Support key client relationships and escalations
Act as a senior point of contact for high-value clients, handling complex negotiations and supporting consultants in difficult sales cycles.
  • Monitor team performance and reporting
Track sales metrics and team KPIs. Provide weekly reports to management with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the company at strategic events
Attend trade shows, networking events, and business forums to enhance the company’s visibility and uncover new market opportunities.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Consultant with leadership experience
  • Strong background in B2B sales, branding, or marketing services
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data tools and MS Office
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively
  • Willingness to attend client meetings outdoors and travel when required
  • Passionate about branding and SME empowerment in Malaysia
