Interior Designer

What we're looking for :

1. A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
3. Excellent technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
4. Proficiency in 3D visualisation and rendering software, including V-Ray and Lumion
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and the design team

What you'll be doing :

1. Represent the company in client meetings and presentations, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
2. Work closely with clients to gather and interpret their design requirements, preferences, and project goals.
3. Create detailed and creative design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations
4. Source and specify appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes, and lighting to bring design concepts to life
5. Manage the procurement process and oversee the delivery and installation of design components
6. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion
7. Contribute to internal design reviews and mentor junior designers, supporting team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
