At least 3 years of site construction experience with a solid understanding of roofing and cladding systems.
- Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to use AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
- Supervision of work progress at site in accordance with schedule.
- Implement day to day activities, and receive materials delivered to site.
- Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulation is compiled.
- To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.
- To liaise with contractors and workers for project implementation works.
- Attend all projects site meeting with clients or consultants.
