Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Update clients' website content: Assist in updating and maintaining clients' website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
2. Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance: Regularly monitor websites, analyze their performance using web analytics tools, and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize website performance, including addressing bugs and technical issues.
3. Test websites across various platforms: Conduct thorough testing of websites on different browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
4. Assist in creative tasks: Collaborate on creative projects such as social media graphics, videos, landing pages, collateral design, and production.
5. Prepare guides for internal and external use: Create written or video guides to provide instructions and support for both internal teams and external users.
6. Create visual assets: Develop images that effectively represent products or convey specific messages in line with branding guidelines.
7. Perform additional tasks as assigned: Undertake any other duties or projects assigned by superiors as needed to support the team and meet business objectives.
