Job Scope:
- Assist customers in-store and provide friendly customer service
- Handle sales transactions (cash, card, e-wallet)
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and product display
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Provide basic advice on pet products (especially for cats)
- Support daily store operations and opening/closing tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Able to work in a team and handle retail environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Basic retail experience is an advantage
