Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Execute day-to-day procurement tasks, including RFQ processing, SAP transactions, and reporting support.

1. Purchasing Operations

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze purchasing data, and spending trends.
• Prepare regular procurement reports (e.g., cost savings, purchase lead time, supplier scorecards).
• Support budgeting and forecasting through procurement data analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize procurement performance and key metrics.
• Interpret complex data to generate actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations to internal stakeholders and management.

1. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

1. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process efficiency, and automation.
• Assist in implementing best practices in procurement and analysis functions.

1. Systems & Tools

• Use procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Procurehere, VMS) to manage purchasing and data analysis tasks
• Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Google Slides

• Meeting tight RFQ and PO issuance deadlines.
• Maintaining accuracy and compliance in procurement processes.

• Experience with SAP and RFQ management & system.
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to lead small teams or projects
• Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
• Proficient in creating dashboards for reporting and decision-making
• Competent in preparing and delivering impactful presentations
• Excellent in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Google Sheets ( For Analysis, Pivot, Formula), Slides (Presentation, dashboard)

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in procurement or data analysis (fresh graduates may be considered).

• Degree holder and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
