Intern Visual Merchandiser

Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Marketing, or any related field
• Passionate about visual merchandising with a strong interest in retail displays and brand presentation
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel between locations (possess own transport is an added advantage)
• Physically fit and comfortable handling basic manual tasks (e.g., assisting in display setups, lifting light materials)
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for layout, color coordination, and visual presentation
• Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team under supervision
• Assist in developing and maintaining engaging product displays in stores, events, and across e-commerce platforms, following the company’s visual guidelines
• Support in conceptualising visual materials such as displays, posters, signboards, and cabinets that align with launch and promotional themes
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams in planning and executing visual materials and store displays
• Travel to local and outstation outlets when required to help set up displays and ensure visual standards are met
• Assist in organizing and allocating visual merchandise items to the appropriate stores
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for production, printing, and delivery of visual merchandising materials
• Liaise with in-house designers to ensure visuals are aligned with the brand’s identity
• Carry out other visual merchandising or creative-related tasks as assigned from time to time
