Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years’ experience in F&B / retail / customer service.
- Enjoy working on the ground with your team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working 5 days per week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be willing to relocate or transfer to difference outlet if needed.
- Support daily restaurant operations (service flow, kitchen coordination, opening/closing).
- Lead by example on the floor — guide crew, solve issues, and keep service smooth.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety and brand standards are followed at all times.
- Help with crew scheduling, briefings and on-the-job coaching.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a calm, professional way.
- Assist in stock ordering, inventory checks and basic cost control.
- Learn to read simple reports (sales, labour, wastage) and spot improvement areas.
- Take part in structured training modules and assessments to track your progress.
- Structured management training in both front-of-house and back-of-house.
