- Minimum education: SPM and above
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia

- - Communication, Sales, Customer Service, Point of Sale (POS) System, Product Knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry (Non-experience candidates are also welcomed to apply)

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, sales, and account management
- Demonstrating and promoting MAXIS and Gentel's products and services to drive sales
