- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both speaking and typing.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
- Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply as we will provide training.
- Candidate with sales experience is an added advantage.
- Candidate with e-commerce experience is an added advantage.
- Candidate with tech related working experience is an added advantage.
- E.G. Point-of-sales, software sales, computer shop, robotics, IT, software developments etc.
- Tech savvy, or willing to learn about POS hardware and software.
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in following fields: Business, Marketing and similar fields Computer Science, IT, Networking and similar fields

- Demonstrate product feature and explain benefits to walk in customers.
- Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer need and maintain a positive & helpful attitude towards customers.
- Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Assist the team and management with any tasks requiring support.
