- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Responsible, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Prepare daily production reports accurately and on time
- Perform daily cross-checking of finished goods and raw materials
- Update and verify stock records in the system for both finished goods and raw materials
- Assist in production and material planning processes
- Maintain proper bookkeeping and documentation of completed records
- Verify and confirm quantities of returned and rejected raw materials for each shift
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
