Possess a certificate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Possess excellent organizational, planning, and management skills; outstanding interpersonal, and teamwork skills as well as analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.
- Demonstrate a working proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Able to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
- To plan and ensure warehouse operations smoothly.
- Ensure safe and correct receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
- To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations in the incoming and outgoing system through visual physical inspection, computerization, administration, and retrieval systems.(ERP System).
- To implement and maintain complete detailed warehouse finished goods or non-finished goods products identification such as FIFO control, inventory, location by implementing daily stock count.
- To implement 5S activities - safety and health, cleanliness, and security requirements are met in the warehouse at all times.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock takes, cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure real-time stock level updates in the inventory management system.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring minimum stock requirements are met.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, shipping, QA/QC department and production teams to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment and stock optimization.
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly reports, monthly reports, and management reports.
- Identify and address root causes of incorrect deliveries by implementing quality control measures to minimize order discrepancies and enhance accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
- Analyse inventory trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
