Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking systems is helpful.
- Able to lift and carry at least 5-10kgs on your own.
- Good attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Properly label and store items in designated warehouse locations to ensure easy retrieval.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pick up or shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and damaged goods as per company policies.
- Routinely stock check and look for any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Help with urgent or unexpected warehouse tasks when needed.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
