  • Manage client engagements to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales planning activities to identify opportunities and set goals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain effective sales communication with the team and management.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities within the Information Technology sector.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Wiki Labs' open-source system integration solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the Malaysian market.
  • Manage client engagements throughout the sales cycle, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to secure new business and generate revenue for the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, track sales activities, and generate regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain a centralized database of customer information.
