Role Overview
Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, live chat, email) related to an e-hailing & delivery platform. You’ll resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer inquiries via call, live chat, and email
- Resolve complaints, feedback, and product-related issues
- Provide accurate information and solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet expectations
- Work as a team to achieve KPI & SLA targets
- Maintain proper documentation of cases
- 6 days per week
- Rotational shift (24 hours)
