Role Overview

Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, live chat, email) related to an e-hailing & delivery platform. You’ll resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via call, live chat, and email
  • Resolve complaints, feedback, and product-related issues
  • Provide accurate information and solutions
  • Deliver excellent customer service and meet expectations
  • Work as a team to achieve KPI & SLA targets
  • Maintain proper documentation of cases
