Job Position: HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

Salary Up To RM5000

Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and statutory compliance.
• Administer HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle layoffs/retrenchment and union-related matters.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training and audit records.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Support employee welfare, safety, and general HR administration.
• (Senior HR Executive) Advise Management and handle HR and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in employment law and government compliance regulations.
• Are able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English, and Malay; Mandarin language proficiency is A MUST to effectively communicate with top management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Independent, proactive, and strong in execution.
• Good time management and self-discipline.
• Trustworthy, impartial, and objective in handling HR matters.
• Strong critical evaluation and problem-solving skills.
