Minimum SPM or Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of administration experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Draft various official request documents and follow up on related processes.
Prepare meeting minutes.
Assist with VIP reception-related tasks.
Organize and manage document archives.
Support new employee onboarding, such as accommodation subsidy applications and office supplies preparation.
Assist with asset management tasks, including asset disposal, depreciation accounting, and transfer procedures.
Responsible for organizing and compiling attendance and overtime records, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission to relevant departments.
Coordinate with other executive assistants and departments.
Provide leadership support and cross-train other executive assistants.
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
