Internship Marketing Intern (Social Media & Content)

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support the firm’s social media and content efforts across Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS) and LinkedIn. This role is suitable for someone who is creative, organised and interested in building a professional brand presence through content, community engagement and platform growth.

The intern will assist in planning, creating and publishing content, maintaining the content calendar, monitoring engagement and supporting campaigns or firm-related updates. Similar Hiredly internship roles commonly emphasise content planning, posting, short-form content creation, copywriting, trend monitoring and community management across social platforms.

• Assist in planning and managing the social media content calendar for Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and LinkedIn
• Draft captions, post copy, and simple content pieces in line with the firm’s branding and tone
• Create and edit basic visual and video content for social media postings
• Assist with short-form video shooting, editing, and post-production where required
• Monitor social media activity, comments, messages, and audience engagement
• Research trends, competitor activity, and relevant content ideas for legal and professional services branding
• Support campaign execution for firm announcements, events, legal updates, recruitment, and employer branding
• Assist in preparing simple monthly reports on content performance, reach, and engagement
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the firm’s image
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, branding, and content creation
• Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and XiaoHongShu (XHS)
• Good writing ability in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage for XHS-related content
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is preferred
• Able to work in a structured and professional environment, especially when handling law firm content
• Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and willingness to revise content based on internal feedback
• Comfortable appearing in or assisting with casual content is a bonus, but not mandatory
