Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online selling platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude, quick learner, and eager to embrace new challenges.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular hours during major campaigns.
• Preferred Qualification: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Sales Management: Oversee and optimize daily sales activities across key e-commerce platforms, including our website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing sales potential.
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries via live chat, email, and social media channels, building strong customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive sales reports, analyze campaign performance, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, informing data-driven decision-making.
• Sales Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of online sales campaigns and promotions, collaborating with the marketing team to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and achieve sales targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies, resolving issues and optimizing processes.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company and earning recognition for your achievements.
• Market Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify emerging market opportunities and propose innovative sales strategies to capitalize on them, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
