Content Marketing Executive

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in fashion or retail marketing
- Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and Social Media
- Creative mindset & copywriting ability
- Strong understanding of current fashion marketing trends and consumer behaviour
- Plan and execute yearly marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional calendars
- Stay updated with current fashion marketing trends and translate them into actionable strategies
- Liaise with shopping malls, department stores, and external partners for joint promotions and exposure
- Respond to customer inquiries on social media daily and coordinate internally when necessary
- Manage and coordinate with external marketing agency (e.g., 13media) on Meta and Google Ads
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and 小红书 (RedNote)
- Create and write engaging content for social media and campaign materials
- Design basic visual artwork using Canva and edit short-form videos using CapCut
- Develop KOL collaborations and influencer partnerships to increase brand exposure
- Monitor engagement, reach, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
