- Actively listen to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide efficient solutions to inquiries and complaints within established timeframes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Purchase, Transport, Warehouse, and Operations, to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and service scheduling (in-house and on-site).
- Manage daily tasks, such as preparing quotations, tracking quotes and orders, processing orders and backorders, generating cash bills and invoices, and completing other necessary paperwork.
- Proactively follow up on quotations and customer payments to ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain clear communication with service outlets regarding pending jobs, guaranteeing adherence to completion deadlines.
- Inform customers proactively about any potential delays in orders due to product availability or transportation challenges.
- Gather customer feedback on service levels, analyze findings, and present them to management for continuous improvement.
- Possess a strong understanding of Windscreen2U's products and services portfolio.
- Participate in evaluating and refining existing customer service practices and processes.
- Provide administrative support to workshop operations as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
