Regional financial analyst (fp&a)

We're looking for a driven finance professional to join our regional finance team and play a key role in supporting financial operations across multiple countries. This role offers strong exposure to cross-border collaboration, reporting, tax compliance, and systems implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate finance operations for both existing and new country entities within the region.
• Support regional finance teams in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Prepare key financial metrics to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and tax compliance across the region.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including accounting agents, tax agents, and bankers in each country.
• Review financial reports from regional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in ERP implementation and process rollouts to regional entities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve regional accounting, operational, or banking issues with local teams.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, analysis, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Proactive and independent with strong problem-solving skills.
• A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
