The role:

• Strategic Market Expansion: Lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a strategic focus on penetrating and establishing a strong brand presence in both the Sabah and Brunei market.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Supervise, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed regional KPIs through active coaching and performance management.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain influential partnerships with key healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and distributors to ensure long-term growth and brand loyalty across the territory.
• Market Intelligence & Analysis: Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to develop data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights for cross-border expansion.

The experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any Science disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sales sector.
• Track record of success in both ethical and pharmacy channel sales and distribution.
• Hands-on, execution-focused leader who takes full ownership of results and is able to work independently.
