Salesman Job Scope & Territory Description:

• Johor-Based Salesman

Stationed in Johor and responsible only for sales activities within the Johor region.

• West Malaysia Salesman

Responsible for sales coverage across West Malaysia, excluding Johor.

• Setting up displays and demonstrating products to highlight their features, functionality, and benefits to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
• Answering customer questions and providing professional advice on product use.
• Promoting and selling products directly or referring interested customers to the sales team.
• Taking customer orders and coordinating arrangements for payment, delivery, and collection.
• Offering product samples and distributing catalogues, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Following up with customers after initial contact to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Independently identifying and resolving customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
