Bachelor Degree students in e-Commerce, Business, Management, Logistics and/or related fields.
- Good command of English language. Mandarin speaker is a BIG plus.
- Able to commit at least THREE (3) months.
- Professional and keen to learn new things.
- Follow strict instructions & SOP.
- Bring own laptop.
- Working hours: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM, four-day workweek. Fixed weekend internships are also acceptable, and candidates should have a set internship schedule.
- Run warehouse daily operations, including inbound, racking, packing and outbound.
- Communicate with logistic delivery partners for delivery, pick up and handover.
- Work with Returned to Sender team to manage RTS parcels.
- Work with oversea team, partners and service providers to ensure smooth warehouse operations and security.
- Achieve daily task KPIs.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
