As a Technician Electrical Wireman Chargeman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our critical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• System Maintenance: Execute comprehensive maintenance services on essential systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, Air Conditioning (A/C) systems, Access Control systems, and related Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This encompasses both routine upkeep and prompt response to breakdowns.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact, liaising effectively with end-users and main contractors to understand their needs and coordinate daily maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions and maximize system uptime.
• Detailed Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports, including records of routine servicing activities, breakdown incidents, and troubleshooting steps taken. Use these reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and provide leadership to both in-house teams and subcontractors during on-site installations and troubleshooting activities. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
