- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
- AC service experience preferred.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently, achieving customer and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle all repairs and maintenance within the unit, including new additions or extensions and other properties managed by the company.
- Repair and maintain room facilities, lighting, furniture, and equipment.
- Assist with the implementation of the company's preventive maintenance and repair log systems.
- Prioritize tasks based on guest requests and management needs.
- Keep your supervisor informed about repair status, costs, and when replacement might be necessary.
- Keep updated records in Trello system.
