We’re looking for experienced BDs who have strong networks in the F&B or FMCG industry.

• About The Role

At CocoFans, we’re on a mission to bring premium coconut products to cafés, restaurants, fitness studios, and family venues across Malaysia. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

• Use your existing industry connections to secure new B2B accounts and grow sales.
• Pitch our product range (coconut water, jelly, ice cream) and deliver solutions that fit the client’s needs.
• Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding for long-term partnerships.
• Manage samples efficiently (within a clear budget) to support the sales process.
• Earn commission and bonuses based on the deals you close and the clients you retain.

• 3–5 years of BD experience in F&B or FMCG (must have existing client list or strong connections).
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals (RM100k+/month).
• Confident communicator, self-driven, and hungry for high income.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu - language skills are a plus, they help you build stronger relationships with a wider range of customers.
