Senior Manager - Record to Report

A well-established MNC is seeking for a Senior Manager - Record to Report to join their growing SSC. This would be a key hire to the success their long-term growth plan.

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for the APAC Finance Shared Services Centre, aligning and optimising processes to strengthen the shared services model
• Oversee accounting and reporting operations across the regions
• Exhibit strong people management capabilities, fostering talent retention and maintaining a sustainable turnover rate
• Design and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making, while enhancing performance dashboards for greater visibility
• Operate effectively in complex and diverse APAC business environments, addressing challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualifications in Accounting or Finance
• Over 12 years of progressive experience in shared service centres
• People management experience is crucial
• Expertise in financial systems and procedures, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication and influencing skills across diverse regions and stakeholders
