Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding financial transactions, Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

Prepare and issue invoices, bills, and account statements

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Maintain and update accounting records and files

Process payroll and employee expense claims

Support internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification (e.g., AAT) preferred
Proven experience as an accounts clerk, accounting assistant, or similar role
Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong numerical and data entry skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organizational and time management abilities
