Job Requirements:

Job Description:
- Keying in of Financial Information for Account Receivables and Account Payables.
- Filing of Account Payables and Account Receivables.
- Extraction of Financial Data upon authorized requests by various departments.
- Printing and Issuance of Statements for Account Receivables.
- Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques for settlement of expenses.
- Verification of billing regarding invoices, delivery orders, debit and credit notes for sales, purchases and miscellaneous expense items.
- Preparation of export documentation with respect to export sales.
- Support other general administrative tasks as needed.
