To guide us through this exciting new chapter, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Controller.

This is a critical, senior-level role that will oversee our entire financial operation and be instrumental in our transition to a publicly listed company. You'll be the driving force behind our financial health and success, with a focus on financial planning, risk management, investor relations, and ensuring our financial systems are robust and ready for the demands of the public market.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that support our ambitious growth plans, providing key insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
• IPO Readiness: Play a central role in preparing financial information for the IPO prospectus, leading financial due diligence, and managing audit processes.
• Financial Oversight: Take ownership of the full financial spectrum, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, taxation, and comprehensive financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks while establishing and maintaining strong internal controls to protect company assets.
• Investor Relations: Prepare and present financial reports to investors and analysts, participating in meetings and conferences to communicate the company's financial performance.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure meticulous compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including those from Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For:

• A seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior financial role, including at least 5-7 years in a leadership position.
• Someone with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably with experience at a public listed company.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A CPA, ACCA, or CA certification is strongly preferred.
• You have a deep understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and managing large-scale financial operations.
• Your skills include exceptional analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and a high degree of proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• You are a strong leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience preparing for an IPO is a significant plus.

The role will report to the Vice President of the company.
