What you'll do:

• Translate high-level strategic objectives into detailed operational and financial plans that are tailored to both local market needs and broader regional priorities, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
• Partner closely with commercial teams to assess the return on investment of various initiatives, offering thoughtful guidance and support for investment choices while developing relevant performance metrics.
• Support the development of an integrated business plan that brings together all commercial activities, ensuring enterprise-wide initiatives are connected and mutually reinforcing.
• Transform insights from the consumer journey into quantifiable financial outcomes, embedding these results into comprehensive business plans for ongoing measurement and improvement.

What you bring:

• A degree in finance, business administration or a related discipline provides you with the foundational knowledge required for this multifaceted role.
• Professional certification or membership in a recognised accounting or finance body is highly desirable as it demonstrates your commitment to ongoing professional development.
• At least five years of proven experience in finance business partnering equips you with the practical expertise needed to navigate complex organisational structures.
• Demonstrated experience managing data effectively and utilising analytics ensures you can provide actionable insights that drive better decision-making across teams.
• A background working within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or technology sectors is highly valued as it brings industry-specific understanding to your recommendations.
