Quality Assurance

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software development
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is highly preferred
- Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Black box and white box testing
- Manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as:
- Python
- Go
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks (open-source or commercial tools)
- Solid understanding of:
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Asynchronous programming
- Common software design patterns
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and customer service teams to define and execute effective testing strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform various testing types including:
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- Black box and white box testing
- Execute both manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using languages such as Python or Go.
- Identify, document, and track defects; provide clear and actionable feedback to development teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows.
- Produce clear and structured documentation for test processes, results, and system behavior.
- Leverage customer service experience to:
- Understand user pain points
- Reproduce real-world scenarios
- Improve overall product usability and reliability
