- Prepare a full range of beverages, including coffee, non-coffee drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create drinks according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all beverages are prepared in a professional, consistent, and timely manner
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and bar tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness and proper functionality of all barista and bar equipment
- Follow all operational safety procedures when handling equipment
- Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide table service for food and beverages when required
- Recommend drinks and upsell based on customer preferences and needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, coffee counter, dining area, and all workstations
- Clear and clean tables before and after customer use
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, alcohol, and other ingredients
- Assist in inventory ordering and stock replenishment when necessary
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all materials and supplies
- Perform outlet opening and closing duties, including cashier handling
- Support daily operational procedures as required
- Assist in creating and developing new or seasonal drink menus
- Stay updated on beverage trends and product knowledge for better recommendations
- Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in events, promotions, and marketing activities when required
- Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
