  • Prepare a full range of beverages, including coffee, non-coffee drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Create drinks according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared in a professional, consistent, and timely manner
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and bar tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and ensure cleanliness and proper functionality of all barista and bar equipment
  • Follow all operational safety procedures when handling equipment
  • Greet customers warmly and maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide table service for food and beverages when required
  • Recommend drinks and upsell based on customer preferences and needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar, coffee counter, dining area, and all workstations
  • Clear and clean tables before and after customer use
  • Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, alcohol, and other ingredients
  • Assist in inventory ordering and stock replenishment when necessary
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all materials and supplies
  • Perform outlet opening and closing duties, including cashier handling
  • Support daily operational procedures as required
  • Assist in creating and developing new or seasonal drink menus
  • Stay updated on beverage trends and product knowledge for better recommendations
  • Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Participate in events, promotions, and marketing activities when required
  • Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors or management
