Officer - Workforce Administration (HR Shared Services)

Description
  • You are responsible to administer the process for stamp duty related to employment or contract offers using LHDN STAMPS Online.
  • Download and securely save digital stamp certificates into the company’s records folder upon successful payment.
  • Assist with the computation and consolidation of staff overtime from job cards into Excel format for payroll processing.
  • You are tasked to process requests and perform tasks by applying HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • You are to ensure all inbound and outbound documents are well managed by maintain-ing effective document management for all employee documents or records in an accu-rate and organized manner.
  • You are expected to deliver customer service by managing all customer requests in a professional manner and complete all service requests by responding and attending to requests in a timely manner according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Requirements
  • A candidate who has minimum 1 year of related working experience. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • A Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Admin/Office Management or any related field.
  • Someone who is meticulous, strong organizational skills and trustworthy.
  • Good working attitude, good written & verbal communication skills and a team player.
  • Candidate who is computer literate and able to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
