As a Finance Administrative Assistant at LEA Interior Fit Out, you will support the finance and admin team in handling daily financial tasks and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.   • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles (interior or construction industry is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Detail-oriented and responsible with good follow-up discipline

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, and payment documentation
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on billing and payment matters
  • Monitor office expenses and assist with petty cash handling
  • Handle data entry for accounting software and support bank reconciliations
  • Perform general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and office support
  • Liaise with internal departments to support project billing and cost tracking
