HR Support Experience – Minimum 3+ years in employee support, with solid knowledge of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and company policies.
  • Customer Service Background – Over 4 years in customer support, with a basic understanding of HR procedures and workflows.
  • Educational Background – A degree or relevant coursework in HR Management, HRIS, or related fields is preferred.
  • Language Skills – Must be proficient in Mandarin for effective communication.
  • Working Hours – Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Primary Contact Point – Act as the main liaison for employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • HR Support Delivery – Provide accurate and timely assistance on topics such as payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Case Management – Handle employee requests and cases using systems like Workday HCM and ServiceNow.
  • Problem Solving – Apply critical thinking to manage moderately complex or sensitive issues.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance – Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure all actions align with HR policies and legal standards.
