Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a senior or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiar with office management software, document management systems, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and additional languages if required).
- Organization: Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and manage competing priorities.
- Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management or department heads.
- Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, travel, and logistics.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
- Monitor and order office supplies; manage vendor relationships when needed.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and basic financial tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior administrative staff when required.
