SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic systems handling
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work for 5.5 days.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory in systems/backend.
- Create orders manually when necessary.
- Procure and arrange shipments including office stationery and supplies, pantry items, warehouse pantry and inventory items and packaging materials.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in creating airway bills for offline orders and handling related tasks in order processing
- Support daily operational tasks such as order processing and logistics coordination.
- Prepare meeting minutes, book air ticket and organize company events, etc.
- Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and projects when needed, such as exhibition fair.
