This role is critical to achieving the company’s expansion goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and customer outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead contract negotiations and deal closures.
• Organize sales training sessions and support team development.
• Ensure CRM and pipeline data are up to date and accurate.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
