Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities for equipment sales.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Meet sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale with customers.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Create and submit reports on sales activities and performance.
- Work closely with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- Preferably at least 2 years of sales account management, business development experience.
- Experience in heavy equipment/machinery sales from a similar industry is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu. The ability to communicate in local dialect/Mandarin is a plus.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
