Internship - Ecommerce Marketing

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Support:

• Assist in updating product listings, prices, and inventory on ecommerce platforms.
• Support order management, customer inquiries, and promotions.
• Help coordinate ecommerce campaigns and product launches.
• Update product listing and visibility on all online channels.
• Support in order fulfillment

Backup Livestream:

• Contribute to develop company TikTok Live and presence.

Livestream & Campaign Support:

• Assist in livestream setup, coordination, and product showcasing.
• Support the marketing team in running online promotions and special events.
• Participate in ad-hoc hosting or on-screen tasks if required.

Content Creation & Marketing:

• Support in filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Research and adapt social media trends to brand campaigns.
• Draft simple captions, hashtags, and assist in campaign copywriting.

Performance Tracking & Learning:

• Monitor content and ecommerce campaign performance.
• Prepare simple weekly reports on sales and engagement.
• Share ideas and insights with the marketing teams.
• Currently possess a Diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Good communication skills, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,PPT, Words)
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
