To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • Solid marketing experience — ideally 3+ years in marketing communications, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or retail services sectors.
  • A strong command of both digital and traditional marketing channels, with proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin or a third language proficiency preferred to effectively engage Mandarin-speaking audiences.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Leadership and project management strength — you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can lead a team while juggling multiple priorities.
  • A data-savvy mindset — you understand how to measure performance, optimize for cost per lead/conversion, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • A highly proactive and resourceful attitude, always willing to get hands-on to drive results.
  • Comfort working under pressure and within short timelines — you're resilient, responsive, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, marketing tools, and campaign tracking technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to support new patient acquisition and brand growth.
  • Oversee creation and implementation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, promotional activities, and events such as roadshows, health talks, and corporate outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with Operations and clinic teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs and brand objectives.
  • Drive patient education, engagement, and retention through consistent messaging and value-driven communication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives to deliver high-quality campaigns and projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as cost per lead and cost per conversion; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
