Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting beverages from the menu
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages according to established recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Demonstrate menu knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Uphold high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation
