  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Proficient in SAP system, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation is an added advantage.

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and controlling all warehouse/store operations by leading team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, SOPs, and procedures, including any updates or amendments.
  2. Achieve assigned KPIs aligned with departmental and overall company objectives.
  3. Plan, schedule, and allocate daily work activities for store staff, including overtime where necessary, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  4. Supervise and monitor staff performance to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery of customer orders.
  5. Coordinate with other Store Leaders to optimize manpower utilization across nearby outlets, addressing manpower shortages or surpluses.
  6. Manage staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when required; monitor attendance and foster teamwork.
  7. Oversee receiving operations by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
  8. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile system records with physical inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  9. Monitor inventory movement and maintain effective stock control to prevent shortages or overstock; initiate replenishment for high-demand items.
  10. Ensure safe operation and proper control of equipment such as forklifts and trucks to minimize workplace accidents.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation; ensure timely submission of reports.
  12. Ensure high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse/store and all receiving/shipping areas.
  13. Oversee the proper use of WMS/SAP systems, ensuring staff are trained and competent in system operations.
  14. Participate in company training programs to enhance job-related knowledge, skills, and competencies.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
