Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related field

• Participate in structured rotation across departments such as [e.g. Sales, Operations, Quality Control, Project Management] to gain holistic business exposure;
• Support department heads in daily operations, data analysis, reporting, and project execution;
• Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience;
• Work on assigned projects with clear KPIs and present progress to management;
• Learn and apply company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements;
• Shadow senior managers to understand leadership challenges and decision-making processes;
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and performance reviews as part of the development roadmap;
• Contribute fresh ideas and feedback during team discussions and review sessions.
