Customer Service Operations Manager

- At least 1 year of working experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Responsible to manage the retail sales by organizing and leading the service advisors in their achievement of targeted sales, throughput and implement aggressive selling and customer retention activities.
- To plan and manage the front office reception to achieve targeted customer satisfaction index.
- Ensure strict compliance to company's policies and procedures pertaining to warranty jobs, cash and credit cards.
- Responsible for effective utilization of 3-in-1 to monitor and control WIP, Back Orders, Follow Up, Appointments and Service Reminders.
- Ensure prompt submission of well documented special service campaigns, technical report and fix IT right programmes.
- Ensure effective liaison on operational and administrative matters with both internal department and external suppliers.
